What is fasting??

What is the refeeding?
The period from fasting to return to normal food is called refeeding.
Suddenly returning to normal food or eating overly in an appetite,
on the other hand, may result in poor physical condition,
and the success or failure of fasting is related to
whether or not this refeeding can be successful.
The digestive function of the stomach and
intestines is gradually restored by taking it gradually
over two to three days from omoyu, rice water, vegetable soup and
a soft meal to a regular meal.

Characteristics of Agora Fasting
☆An early morning light shower makes a healthy mind and body.
